Starting on laying on our backs, knees in a tabletop position, bring the ball from the right hand on to the left knee. From here the right leg and left arm extend out on the exhale, the hand and knee with the ball are going to push towards each other as well, and tighten that core. Release to neutral on the inhale. Switch sides after one minute.
Do exercise for 1 min on each side
Repeat 3 times
